By accessing or using LumenAI, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

LumenAI is a multi-model AI workspace that allows users to:

• Connect third-party AI API keys
• Run prompts across multiple AI models
• Compare outputs
• Build workflows and manage AI usage

3. User Accounts

• Users must provide a valid email for access.
• Authentication is passwordless.
• You are responsible for maintaining access to your email account.

4. API Keys

• Users provide their own API keys for services like OpenAI, Google Gemini, and Anthropic.
• Keys are encrypted and stored securely.
• Users may delete or update keys at any time.
• LumenAI does not sell or resell API access.

You are fully responsible for usage and costs associated with your API keys.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of:

• Prompts
• Outputs
• Workflows

However, you grant LumenAI permission to:

• Store and process this data to operate the service
• Display it within your account

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use LumenAI for:

• Illegal activities
• Harmful or abusive content generation
• Reverse engineering the platform
• Attempting unauthorized access to systems

7. Third-Party Services

LumenAI integrates with:

• OpenAI
• Google Gemini
• Anthropic
• Supabase
• PostHog
• Sentry
• Dodo Payments

We are not responsible for the performance or policies of third-party providers.

8. Payments & Refunds

• Payments are processed via Dodo Payments.
• We may offer a free trial period.
• Refunds are handled via email requests within 7 days, subject to approval.

9. Data Storage

• Data is stored until account deletion.
• Users may request deletion at any time.
• Some logs may be retained for security/legal obligations.

10. Disclaimer

LumenAI does not guarantee:

• Accuracy of AI-generated outputs
• Reliability of third-party AI models

You acknowledge that:

AI-generated content may be incorrect, incomplete, or misleading.

We are not responsible for outputs generated by AI models.

11. Limitation of Liability

Crafted Visionz Studio is not liable for:

• Loss of data
• Financial losses from AI usage
• Third-party service failures
• Incorrect AI outputs

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if:

• Terms are violated
• Abuse or illegal activity is detected

Users may delete their account at any time.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use means acceptance of changes.
